These products may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. Our products are not regulated by the US Govt, however we choose to only accept orders from persons 18 and older for safety reasons. All orders require an adult signature at time of delivery.

These products should not be taken by anyone who is presently taking prescribed medication, or any prescription drugs. Do not take if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of prostrate, or if taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or any other prescription drug.

I agree that Global Life Enhancments and/or H & H Enterprises, Inc. liability, if any, for damages (including, without limitation, liability arising from physical harm caused by any ingestible products, liability arising out of contract, negligence, strict liability, tort, shall not exceed the cost of the product which I purchased from H & H Enterprises, Inc.

I herein agree to without limitation indemnify and hold harmless Global Life Enhancments and/or H & H Enterprises, Inc., and all other parties involved including but not limited their owners, officers, affiliates, associates, & employees for any and all damages incurred as result of ingestion of this product. These parties shall not be liable under any theory whatsoever.
   
   
8. In no event shall Global Life Enhancments and/or H & H Enterprises, Inc. be liable under any damages other than the amount paid by me for product. any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

Understanding that these tobacco alternative products have no other use intended or implied, I do not intend to use any product for other than its intended purpose, and do not intend to use any product for any illegal purposes. User understands that these products are not intended for illegal use or in conjunction with any illegal substances.
